Criolo e Emicida
Live collaboration between Brazilian rappers Criolo and Emicida. Their touring history began with two sold out concerts in January 2012 at SESC Pompeia, São Paulo. After a few more gigs and a MTV full hour presentation, they got together at Espaço das Américas, a bigger venue, to record a live performance.
Criolo e Emicida - Ao Vivo was released in the CD, DVD and free-download digital formats in 2013 and includes songs from both emcees solo careers. They are backed by Criolo's touring band, led by his producers Daniel Ganjaman and Marcelo Cabral. The album also features some other artists from São Paulo hip hop scene, proeminently legendary Mano Brown from Racionais MC's, as a surprise guest, who performed "Vida Loka (Parte 1)" and "Capítulo 4, Versículo 3", both Brazilian rap anthems.
